Most deodorants on the market contain aluminium in some form. They are also antiperspirants, which means they prevent perspiration. Elements such as aluminium are very soluble and absorbed into the body where they may build up in various organs such as kidney, liver and brain. Preventing perspiration by clogging pores is just as dangerous to our health. Perspiration is very important for ridding the body of toxins and if this is prevented by using underarm deodorants, these toxins accumulate in the lymph nodes below the arm pits. A lot of breast cancer occurs in this area.It is important to use a deodorant that does not clog your pores and does not contain aluminium and other chemicals. Spray deodorants are particularly dangerous especially if applied to a large area of your body.
You can find all natural and organic roll-on deodorants that are chemical-free and based on the traditional remedies of bicarbonate of soda to relieve body odour and aloe vera to soothe at: http://www.miessentialorganic.com/deodorants

Great post - I have never really stopped to think about this before, and can see why most deodorants may be harmful when you point out why we sweat. Clearly, natural and organic products are the best - heading off to have a look at the link now.
